What This Is

Patch Notes for Society looks at public problems as inherited systems: history, incentives, failure modes, tradeoffs, metrics, migration plans, and revision based on critique.

These are public v0.1 entry points. The policy track is separate: evidence matrices, reviewer packets, and submission-grade memos under The Better Systems Project.

The standard: do not pretend the first draft is right. Make the system easier to inspect, criticize, test, fund, govern, and improve.
